HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE BINDER!!

Obtain 6 2inch loose leaf binders.
Obtain 6 sets of 15 subject dividers. (Important!)

There are 6 binders to assemble.
President, Secretary, Comptroller, Treasurer, Chore Coordinator and HSC Rep.

All files are in PDF format found on the CD in a folder called 'binders'

Each binder is the same except for Section 1.
There are 6 different section 1's that correspond with each house officer.
Print 1 each of these sections.
Print 6 copies of section 2 thru section 13 
Print 6 copies of House Manual, Chapter Manual, World Council Manual.
These go to section 14.
Ignore Section 15, these documents are found in the secretary's section 1.

Section 1 for the Secretary Position  - secretary minutes from that section are obsolete.
Replace section 1 pages 2 and 3 with the 2 pages from SecrtaryMinutes.pdf.  These are the secretary minutes from the new 2009 house manual from New Orleans and are also included in the new house manual.

Insert dividers between the sections.

Congratulations your house now has a new set of State Approved Binders with all the latest infoormation!
