Oxford House Colmenero is one of the newer Austin Oxford Houses and is located in a quiet suburb of South Austin. This house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two single rooms, the rest are doubles. The house is nothing flashy, but it's well maintained and a comfortable place to live.
Each Oxford House is similar. Each also has a vibe all it's own. The vibe here is cooperative, clean and respectful. The guys living here now are between the ages of 25 and 50 with the average age in the mid-30's. Everyone works hard to keep the place very clean, pays their bills on time and treats all roommates respectfully. There is no drama.
